The managing director, Mr. Winston Price, is a graduate of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors with over 25 years experience in property and property related matters, both in the private as well as in the public sector.

Mr. Price also holds a Masters in Business and certificates in Property Management from the University of West Indies. Thus he is able to offer a unique blend of experience and expertise.
